Stoweflake Conference Center
November 2, 2017
8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

This full-day training workshop will serve as an introduction to the components of the Youth Program Quality Initiative (YPQI). The first session will cover the basics of the Youth Program Quality Assessment. By the end of the session, attendees will understand the structure and goals of the YPQA, be prepared to bring a team together, and undertake an internal assessment process. The second session will focus on getting the most out of the assessment and developing a useful program improvement plan based on the data. The third session will focus on the planning and strategy needed to actually implement a program improvement plan. Mentors will be available to spend individualized time with program teams to assure that they have the resources and information necessary to leave with a workable, effective action plan for the upcoming year.
