Aligning Work Plans to the Afterschool Core Competencies
This workshop helps afterschool programs create a work plan for the coming year which aligns to the newly created Vermont Core Competencies for Afterschool Professionals. Participants can use the “competencies” as a guide to identifying their training needs and choosing appropriate workshops to enhance their skills to a level consistent with others in the field who are in jobs of a similar skill-level.
